Recruiter

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with potential candidates
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies tailored to organizational needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment in candidate selection
• Conduct college recruiting initiatives to build pipelines for entry-level talent
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress within Paylocity
• Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures
• Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance the overall recruitment experience
• Stay updated on industry trends to refine recruitment strategies and approaches

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong understanding of hiring processes across various roles
• Proven ability to manage college recruiting programs
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems like Paylocity
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
