We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the potential for a permanent position in the future. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate recruiting and sourcing, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing high-volume recruitment needs and collaborating effectively with hiring managers.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline hiring workflows
Handle a high volume of open positions and prioritize tasks to meet hiring deadlines
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future openings
Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements
Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws throughout the recruitment process
Foster positive relationships with candidates to enhance the overall recruitment experience
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate recruiting
Proven expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels
Strong proficiency in managing high-volume recruitment efforts
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations applicable to recruitment processes
