We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Farmington, Connecticut. This is a long-term Remote contract position where you will play a vital role in driving recruitment strategies and delivering top-tier talent across various domains. The role requires collaboration with hiring leaders and stakeholders, leveraging data insights and market expertise to enhance hiring processes and ensure successful placements.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial consultation with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in competitive and niche markets
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights on workforce planning, market trends, and hiring strategies
Utilize advanced recruiting tools and techniques to build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates with relevant experience
Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates using behavioral and technical interview methods to ensure alignment with role requirements
Provide guidance to senior leaders and interview teams to support equitable and effective hiring decisions
Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to refine strategies and improve overall hiring outcomes
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that aligns with the organization's employer brand and values
Drive process improvements by introducing innovative ideas and best practices to optimize recruitment efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to address complex hiring challenges and tailor solutions to meet business needs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant recruiting experience
At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in competitive or specialized markets
Demonstrated ability to manage complex hiring processes and multi-stakeholder recruitment efforts
Strong expertise in sourcing and networking strategies, including proficiency with applicant tracking systems
Proven ability to operate autonomously, exercising sound judgment and accountability in decision-making
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring leaders
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis to inform strategy and drive improvements
