Recruiter

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Manage candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems to ensure an organized and efficient hiring process
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across various corporate functions
• Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate background and suitability for specific roles
• Create and post job advertisements to attract candidates with relevant experience
• Provide guidance and support to managers during the selection process
• Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to evaluate hiring effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Proven ability to manage recruitment across corporate functions such as finance, marketing, and claims
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with HR and business leaders
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and interviewing candidates at various levels
• Familiarity with employment regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to multitask and manage recruitment for multiple managers simultaneously

Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
