We’re seeking an energetic Recruiter to build high-quality pipelines of health-care talent across the state of Texas. You’ll source in the community and partner closely with hiring managers to meet patient demand quickly—while upholding strict privacy and compliance standards.
Job Responsibility:
Source, engage, and pipeline talent through community outreach, events, referrals, and digital channels
Conduct screens/interviews
assess skills, availability, reliability, and position fit
Own process end-to-end: sourcing, interviewing, offers, and handoff to onboarding
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
track time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and show rates
Partner with hiring managers and schedulers to anticipate demand and reduce coverage gaps
