Then the position of Recruiter at Randstad Sourceright is exactly what you are looking for! You will actively advise your client on talent matters and be involved in selection interviews and the account management of internal stakeholders. You will focus on profiles such as conductors, train drivers, service employees, and Safety & Service department staff—the faces of NS!

Requirements

  • A completed Higher Vocational Education (HBO) or University (WO) degree
  • A minimum of 1–2 years of work experience as a recruiter or account manager/intercedent
  • Availability for at least 32-40 hours per week
  • Flexibility and the ability to work with different personalities
