Job Description:

Professional services firm in downtown Pittsburgh in search of a Recruiter to join their team. Searching for an individual with full cycle recruiting experience in a professional services environment, ATS knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This company offers competitive pay and schedule flexibility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies for salaried positions
  • Manage all aspects of the recruiting life cycle including sourcing, candidate identification, offer negotiations, onboarding, etc.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies
  • Counsel management on recruiting related issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience
  • ATS or HRIS experience
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
