Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate recruiter who will take over the responsibility for the talent acquisition in a set of functions across Switzerland. You will work in close collaboration with the line managers and your mission will include continuously elevating the quality of recruitment throughout Switzerland.

Job Responsibility:

driving the recruitment process for a set of functions across German- and Italian-speaking Switzerland
communicating frequently with line managers
keeping in contact with the candidates
consistently implement, improving and shaping the recruiting process
analyzing various key figures
acquiring an in-depth understanding of the functions
being a strong believer in and advocate for diversity and equal opportunity for all candidates
living the IKEA values and culture as a role-model

Requirements:

extensive recruitment experience
strong communicator
structured, efficient way of working
ability to quickly grasp new concepts
native German speaker
fluent in Italian and English
French is a big plus

Nice to have:

French language skills
