We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Monument, Colorado. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment process for various hourly positions, with a focus on technicians and quality control roles, while also providing general HR support. This position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for hourly positions
Develop tailored job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers and post them on relevant platforms
Actively source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and Workable, while maintaining a personal database of potential talent
Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams
Extend job offers, initiate background checks, and oversee procedures to ensure compliance with all required screenings
Maintain accurate applicant tracking, ensuring consistency across multiple locations
Build strong partnerships with educational institutions such as trade schools, colleges, and universities to enhance recruitment pipelines
Lead onboarding sessions for new hires, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a seamless orientation experience
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure data accuracy
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience managing recruitment for multiple positions
Expertise in sourcing candidates through various platforms, with a proactive approach to outreach
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when coordinating recruitment and onboarding across multiple locations
Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and virtual communication tools
Ability to lead group orientations and collaborate effectively across departments
Nice to have:
Experience recruiting for technician and quality control roles is preferred
Prior experience establishing relationships with educational institutions is advantageous
Familiarity with HR systems is a plus
