Job Responsibility

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information
  • Manage job postings and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
