Job Responsibility
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information
Manage job postings and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Negotiate offers and support the onboarding process
Stay informed on market trends and hiring best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
