We are looking for a Recruiter to join a Long-term Contract opportunity supporting hiring activity in Minnesota. This role focuses on attracting and hiring hourly talent for fast-paced operational environments, with an emphasis on efficiency, organization, and clear communication. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a steady flow of openings, moving quickly when priorities shift, and delivering a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Responsibility
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly and frontline openings, from initial sourcing through offer coordination
Support hiring needs for operations-focused positions such as machine operators, packagers, assemblers, and material handlers
Manage multiple active requisitions at once while keeping timelines, priorities, and candidate activity organized
Identify talent with relevant experience through job boards and other sourcing channels to maintain a strong pipeline for current and upcoming needs
Maintain accurate records and status updates within the applicant tracking system to ensure recruiting activity is properly documented
Partner with hiring stakeholders to respond to changing volume demands and keep searches moving efficiently
Communicate with applicants in a timely and thoughtful manner to promote a positive candidate experience
Contribute to recruiting support for primarily local roles, with occasional involvement in openings at additional locations as needed
Requirements
1–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations, or other frontline hourly environments
Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting activities in a high-volume setting
Strong sourcing skills, including experience using Indeed and similar talent attraction tools
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactors or comparable platforms
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively
Clear and detail-focused communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders
A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work productively with limited resources
