Recruiter

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a large number of open positions, with a primary focus on production, manufacturing, and quality-related hiring needs
• Build candidate pipelines through Indeed and other sourcing methods to attract individuals who are trainable, hands-on, and well suited for entry-level and skilled production work
• Create and post approved job openings in Paycom, ensuring requisitions are published accurately and in a timely manner
• Review applications, identify talent with relevant experience, and maintain consistent outreach to keep candidate flow active for urgent hiring demands
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to support an organized selection process
• Maintain regular follow-up with applicants throughout the hiring cycle, including status updates and next-step communication
• Partner with staffing resources supporting contract hires to help align candidate movement and hiring expectations
• Support a high-volume recruiting workload involving approximately 40 active openings and dedicate focused time each day to new candidate generation

• Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment
• Background recruiting for production, manufacturing, warehouse, quality, or similarly hands-on operational roles
• Strong sourcing skills using Indeed and other recruiting channels to generate candidate pipelines quickly
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Paycom
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once while maintaining organization and responsiveness
• Strong communication and coordination skills for scheduling interviews and guiding candidates through the hiring process
• Availability to work onsite in Irvine, California for the duration of the contract assignment

Prior agency or staffing firm recruiting experience is preferred
