We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In this hybrid role, you will handle full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including positions in financial services, operations, and IT. This is a long-term contract opportunity, offering a chance to contribute to a dynamic organization while honing your expertise in talent acquisition.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple disciplines
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates
Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows
Conduct initial assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates based on job requirements
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to leadership
Leverage tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite to enhance efficiency and communication
Support high-volume recruitment efforts as needed to meet organizational goals
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
Familiarity with financial services recruiting or similar industries
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Strong skills in sourcing and screening candidates across diverse roles
Experience with high-volume recruitment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Office Suite applications
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
