We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to support a client with building teams for hospitality operations across multiple nearby locations, with an emphasis on hiring hourly staff and select leadership roles. The ideal candidate can move quickly, think creatively with sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruiting process from outreach through onboarding. This assignment is expected to last until staffing goals are met, with an estimated timeline of 1–2 months.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for hospitality openings, including front-line and supervisory positions across area locations
Develop and apply fresh sourcing strategies to reach candidates with relevant experience for high-volume staffing needs
Screen applicants, coordinate interview scheduling, and facilitate next-step conversations with hiring managers
Run new employee orientation sessions to help employees transition smoothly into their roles
Partner with leadership to understand staffing priorities and adjust recruiting efforts based on business demand
Maintain active candidate pipelines to support the onboarding of approximately 15-20 team members within the engagement period
Track applicant activity and staffing progress using an applicant tracking system and related recruiting tools.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
Background in high-volume hiring, ideally within hospitality, food service, retail, or similarly fast-paced environments
Ability to identify and implement creative recruiting methods that expand candidate reach
Experience coordinating interviews and working closely with managers throughout the selection process
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and general recruitment technology
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and timelines at once
Clear communication skills and confidence leading candidate and new employee interactions.
