The Recruiter will play a key role in talent prospecting, talent evaluation and screening, job advertising and posting, and talent staffing and planning and training. This role is crucial in attracting and hiring skilled professionals for varying positions within an organization and supporting the growth of the business. Your focus will be working with leaders to expedite placement, reduce time-to-fill, and ensure we attract top talent and assess development needs.
Job Responsibility:
Use advanced techniques, professional networks, and industry events to find and attract top talent
May participate in recruiting events, conferences, and meetups to network with professionals
Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidates' expertise, problem-solving skills, and cultural fit for the role and company
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and deliver a seamless recruitment process
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from developing sourcing strategies to negotiating salaries and closing candidates
Stay current on technical recruiting trends and best practices, using data to continuously improve the recruitment process and strategies
Responsible for implementing and maintaining legally defensible and effective hiring processes for the firm to include integration with the legal department and compliance area as necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree + 2 or more years of relevant experience or 6+ years relevant experience
Full life cycle recruiting experience
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
