Anderson|Biro Staffing is looking to add an experienced Recruiter to our team. We’re seeking someone who can own searches, build strong talent pipelines, and play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our clients. This is not an entry-level coordination role —we’re looking for someone who understands recruiting and is ready to contribute at a high level.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
Source, screen, and qualify candidates across multiple industries
Partner closely with clients and internal sales leadership to understand hiring needs
Prepare candidates for interviews with detailed insight and expectation-setting
Build long-term candidate relationships and pipelines
Ensure a strong candidate and client experience throughout the process
Requirements:
2+ years of recruiting experience
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
High level of accountability and follow-through
A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
