We are looking for a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring while also assisting with training coordination as business needs shift throughout the year. This position plays a key role in helping the organization attract talent for specialized field-based roles and keep learning activities organized for employees across the business. Based in Kannapolis, North Carolina, this role is ideal for someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of open positions, managing sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication from start to finish.
Prioritize hiring activity based on business urgency and work toward targeted fill timelines across multiple requisitions at once.
Build candidate pipelines for specialized roles, including field investigators and related positions with varying state licensing considerations.
Partner with hiring leaders to understand role expectations, candidate qualifications, and workforce needs in a fast-changing environment.
Maintain accurate activity within the applicant tracking process and ensure recruiting records are current and well organized.
Support training coordination by preparing web-based learning content, organizing materials, and helping distribute assignments to employees.
Use available technology and AI-supported tools to help create quizzes, assemble learning resources, and upload content into training platforms.
Track training completion, update records across internal systems, and provide administrative support for learning programs and other business units.
Assist with the preparation of supervisor workshop materials and support broader employee development initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or high-volume hiring environment.
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify candidates for hard-to-find or specialized positions.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and confidence using recruiting tools to manage multiple active requisitions.
Prior experience with training coordination, learning administration, or related support for employee development programs.
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to stay organized, shift priorities quickly, and perform effectively in a fast-paced setting with changing demands.
