We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a manufacturing organization in Virginia. This long-term contract opportunity is suited for someone who can manage recruitment from initial sourcing through the offer stage while building strong candidate pipelines for a range of business needs. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including intake discussions, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
Build and maintain talent pipelines by using creative sourcing methods to identify candidates with relevant experience for current and future openings
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, align on candidate profiles, and provide updates throughout the hiring process
Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and a positive candidate experience
Review resumes and conduct initial evaluations to determine fit based on experience, skills, and role requirements
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the applicant tracking system to support reporting and process consistency
Coordinate interview logistics and facilitate communication between candidates, hiring teams, and other stakeholders
Track recruiting activity and share hiring progress, market feedback, and pipeline insights with internal partners
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to support multiple openings at the same time
Experience handling high-volume hiring demands while staying organized and meeting timelines
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage candidates through multiple channels
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when working with candidates and hiring managers
Ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
