Job Responsibility:
Identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals through prospecting, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts
Engage potential candidates using consultative techniques to understand their needs and present suitable opportunities
Develop and execute independent recruiting strategies, including interviews and evaluations based on client requirements
Build and maintain a network of healthcare providers to ensure a steady talent pipeline
Negotiate compensation packages ensuring client satisfaction and acceptable margins
Requirements:
2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably within staffing or healthcare sectors
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
High school diploma or equivalent required
bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and database management
