We’re looking for a high-impact recruiter to own hiring for our high-volume roles, including production associates, technicians, material handlers, and inventory specialists. This position is critical to enabling production at scale and delivering our next generation of humanoid robots. You’ll build and manage recruiting pipelines in a fast-paced environment, working closely with manufacturing leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring needs and develop strategies for volume roles
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across technician, production, material handling, inventory, and assembly roles
Manage high-volume pipelines with 50+ open requisitions concurrently and maintain efficient throughput
Conduct behavioral screenings, shop-floor assessments, and track candidate quality metrics
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to offer
Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes, tools, and analytics to support scalability
Negotiate offers, share market insights, and influence hiring decisions
Requirements:
High-volume recruiting experience managing large rollout hiring in manufacturing or similar environments
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technician and production roles
Proven track record of building pipelines in competitive, fast-paced operations
Strong sourcing skills, including creative web search, job boards, communities, and referrals
Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to align with hiring leaders and influence strategy
Data-driven with strong project management and process optimization skills
Experience with ATS systems like Greenhouse or Lever
Familiarity with shop-floor roles and associated assessments
Nice to have:
Spanish language proficiency
Background recruiting for manufacturing in robotics, automotive, or hardware scale-ups is preferred
