Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a long-term contract position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in recruitment processes and systems, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.

Job Responsibility:

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency
Conduct background checks and verify references to support hiring decisions
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
Maintain clear and precise communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Leverage ATS tools to manage candidate pipelines and track engagement
Stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment practices and outcomes
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress

Requirements:

Minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Proficiency in Workday, Taleo, Paradox or other HR systems
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
Strong background in conducting background checks and managing benefit functions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
Experience with tools such as CareerBuilder and other sourcing platforms
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
