We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will provide comprehensive recruitment services, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent that aligns with our organizational needs. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by managing the full recruitment lifecycle and engaging with candidates across diverse industries.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires
Partner with hiring managers to streamline and improve the hiring process
Source both active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and other recruiting tools
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and leverage existing networks or book of business
Deliver high-quality candidates within tight deadlines while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulatory standards
Support hiring teams to ensure interviews are efficient, professional, and well-coordinated
Participate in job fairs, marketing initiatives, social networking events, and advertising campaigns to enhance recruitment efforts
Coordinate and support new hire onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements
Maintain confidentiality regarding compensation, candidate information, and internal data
Utilize HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, ATS platforms, and other tools to streamline recruitment and administrative processes
Build and nurture relationships across industries to ensure access to top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 3 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
Proven expertise in healthcare recruiting
Experience recruiting across diverse roles such as sales, marketing, compliance, finance, and technical positions
Skilled in using various recruitment sources including job boards, networking sites, and job fairs
Ability to multitask effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and operate with a sense of urgency
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Proficiency in computer tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and applicant tracking systems like Workable or similar platforms
