We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier professionals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and high-volume hiring while leveraging applicant tracking systems to drive successful hiring outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Create and distribute job postings across various platforms, including online job boards and social media
Participate in recruiting events to engage with potential candidates and expand the talent pool
Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress using applicant tracking systems
Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Collaborate with leadership to define job requirements, expectations, and employment terms
Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates and maintain a database of individuals with relevant experience for future hiring needs
Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Utilize recruiting tools and analytics to monitor hiring trends and optimize recruitment strategies
Prepare detailed reports on recruitment activities, including hiring plans and strategy progress
Analyze recruitment metrics to assess performance and implement process improvements
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards
Prior experience in high-volume recruitment, managing multiple open positions simultaneously
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and teams
Ability to prepare data-driven reports and analyze recruitment metrics effectively
Familiarity with corporate recruiting processes and compliance practices
Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet hiring deadlines
