Proclinical is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join a dynamic team and play a key role in attracting top talent within the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations
  • Develop and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, advertising, networking, referrals, and industry connections
  • Educate and engage passive candidates about the company's mission while ensuring a positive recruitment and onboarding experience
  • Implement strategic recruiting plans to attract diverse talent pools
  • Partner with Compensation teams to align offers with the company's compensation philosophy and culture
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to ensure accurate workforce planning and headcount management
  • Provide insights and recommendations on recruitment strategies and visibility efforts
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, offering guidance on candidate selection and compensation packages

Requirements

  • Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, and negotiation
  • Proficiency in various sourcing methods such as direct sourcing, social media, networking, and non-traditional approaches
  • Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency
  • Experience using Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Background in in-house recruitment within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, particularly in areas like Medical Affairs, Market Access, Reimbursement, Sales, or MSLs
