We are looking for a driven Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts for retail and field-based roles in Orlando, Florida. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple openings at once, and enjoys building strong candidate pipelines through both traditional sourcing and in-person recruiting events. The person in this role will help attract store-level employees as well as management talent while maintaining an organized and responsive recruitment process.
Job Responsibility:
Lead full-cycle recruiting for a large number of open positions, managing activity across approximately 80 to 90 requisitions at a time
Source, screen, and advance candidates for store operations and leadership openings with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate fit
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, align on candidate profiles, and move searches forward efficiently
Attend job fairs and community hiring events to promote opportunities, engage prospective applicants, and build local talent pipelines
Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system throughout the hiring process
Conduct outreach strategies that attract talent with experience in retail through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing methods
Support hiring activities for field-based recruitment needs, ensuring consistent communication with candidates and business stakeholders
Contribute to recruiting process updates and related operational changes as needed to support team effectiveness and hiring continuity
Requirements:
At least 3 years of recruiting experience, including success in high-volume hiring environments
Demonstrated background in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer coordination
Experience recruiting for retail positions is strongly preferred
Comfortable representing the company at job fairs and other in-person hiring events
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting tools
Ability to manage numerous active requisitions while maintaining organization and follow-through
Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach to talent acquisition
