We are looking for a Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative for retail locations across the country from Torrance, California. This Contract position will focus on building stronger applicant pipelines for specialized store roles, including beauty and beverage-related sales positions. The person in this role will use creative sourcing strategies, strengthen local recruiting partnerships, and work closely with location-based HR contacts to help meet urgent staffing demands.
Job Responsibility
Drive full-cycle recruiting activity for a fast-paced hiring project supporting multiple retail locations nationwide
Expand candidate pipelines by identifying and developing new community-based and online recruiting channels
Create, refresh, and manage job advertisements across LinkedIn and other relevant employment platforms to improve applicant flow
Build outreach relationships with organizations such as beauty schools and other local talent sources to attract candidates with experience in relevant roles
Partner with HR representatives at individual locations to align recruiting efforts with store-specific staffing priorities
Source candidates proactively for retail sales positions, including beauty, spirits, wine, and tobacco-related roles
Monitor recruiting activity and adjust outreach strategies to increase response rates and application volume
Participate in occasional visits to the Torrance, California office while primarily working in a remote capacity
Requirements
Experience recruiting for retail, sales, or high-volume hiring environments
Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies that increase candidate volume and improve talent reach
Strong knowledge of online job posting practices and candidate attraction methods
Comfortable building relationships with external community organizations and local recruiting sources
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed HR stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities across different locations at the same time
Background in Human Resources administration or recruiting operations
