Job Responsibility

  • Full-cycle recruitment management: overseeing the entire selection process, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews
  • Active candidate sourcing: utilizing recruitment channels, internal databases, and professional social networks (LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify profiles aligned with business requirements
  • Staffing agency management: coordinating with external recruitment partners (APL) for permanent and temporary staffing, while monitoring the progress of delegated selection processes
  • Talent Acquisition at Career Days: actively participating in university career fairs to identify top talent, map skills, and build a consistent candidate pipeline (Talent Pool)
  • The main focus of the recruitment searches you will handle will be for our branches in Latin America, Spain, and Portugal

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: excellent command of English, Spanish, and Italian
  • Experience: at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment and Selection activities
  • Education: bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferably in Humanities, Psychology, or Economics) with strong motivation and a keen interest in HR trends
  • Organizational Skills: excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a result-oriented mindset
  • Proactivity: a proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Public Speaking: exceptional public speaking and presentation skills
  • Stress Management: proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Junior (2-5 years)
