This Sourcing Recruiter position focuses on identifying and engaging top-tier technical and sales talent. The role supports Business Operations and Strategy functions within the Go to Market teams. The primary responsibility is to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various high-demand roles.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and engage technical and sales talent through innovative sourcing strategies
Recruit for specialized roles such as Solution Architects, early-career demand generation sales representatives, and Account Managers
Manage multiple concurrent searches in a high-velocity environment where priorities shift rapidly
Adapt sourcing strategies based on real-time feedback and evolving business needs
Utilize creative search techniques and tap into non-obvious talent pools to build candidate pipelines
Proactively identify and resolve pipeline obstacles independently
Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
Take ownership of pipeline metrics and refine sourcing approaches based on data insights
Requirements:
