Job Description

This Sourcing Recruiter position focuses on identifying and engaging top-tier technical and sales talent. The role supports Business Operations and Strategy functions within the Go to Market teams. The primary responsibility is to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various high-demand roles.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and engage technical and sales talent through innovative sourcing strategies
  • Recruit for specialized roles such as Solution Architects, early-career demand generation sales representatives, and Account Managers
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches in a high-velocity environment where priorities shift rapidly
  • Adapt sourcing strategies based on real-time feedback and evolving business needs
  • Utilize creative search techniques and tap into non-obvious talent pools to build candidate pipelines
  • Proactively identify and resolve pipeline obstacles independently
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Take ownership of pipeline metrics and refine sourcing approaches based on data insights
