Our client, a leading global investment management firm, is seeking a Recruiter/Junior HRBP to join its Human Resources team in Greenwich, CT. This role offers a unique opportunity to support both talent acquisition and HR Business Partner functions, working closely with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders across the firm. The position will play a key role in driving campus and lateral recruiting efforts while also gaining exposure to core HRBP responsibilities such as employee lifecycle support, performance processes, and internal mobility. Job Responsibility:
Support both talent acquisition and HR Business Partner functions
Work closely with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, required
4+ years of recruiting experience, with exposure to campus recruiting preferred
Prior experience within financial services, required
Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing and candidate management, required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow within an HR Business Partner career path
