Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter IV to support talent acquisition efforts for a Long-term Contract position based in St Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will help identify, engage, and assess candidates with relevant experience for current and upcoming hiring needs while partnering with stakeholders to maintain an effective recruitment process. This opportunity is well suited for a recruiting specialist who brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a solid understanding of hiring practices and workforce planning.

Job Responsibility

  • Source and attract candidates with relevant experience for open and anticipated positions using a variety of recruiting methods and outreach strategies
  • Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews to evaluate alignment with role requirements and organizational needs
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and support timely hiring decisions
  • Guide applicants through the recruitment process while delivering a positive candidate experience and addressing questions throughout each stage
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records, track activity, and prepare updates related to hiring progress, pipeline status, and market availability
  • Apply hiring policies, employment guidelines, and established procedures to support compliant and consistent recruitment practices
  • Contribute to workforce planning efforts by helping identify future talent needs and recommending effective sourcing approaches
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other business applications to manage documentation, reporting, and recruiting workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of training and relevant experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in recruiting, customer service, or a closely related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships across candidates, hiring teams, and business partners
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of employment-related policies, hiring practices, and standard recruiting and selection procedures
  • Experience providing guidance, support, or mentoring to others in a work setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and general computer applications used in recruiting and business operations
