Job Responsibility

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for both consulting and full-time positions in the Engineering, Manufacturing/Skilled Trades, Construction and IT marketplace
  • Sourcing, submitting candidates, coordination of the interview process and negotiating and closing deals

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE 2-10 years of current Staffing industry experience in the Engineering, Manufacturing or IT domain and currently reside in the Rochester area
  • Must have used LinkedIn extensively for recruiting
