We’re looking for a Recruiter & Interview Specialist with excellent English and communication skills who can confidently interview, evaluate, and present candidates for non-technical roles (Operations, Marketing, Admin, Customer Support, etc.).

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with clients to define roles and hiring goals
  • Conduct structured interviews in English with global candidates
  • Evaluate candidate fit and prepare detailed reports
  • Manage client communication throughout the process
  • Collaborate with our sourcing and operations teams

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in recruitment (focus on non-tech roles)
  • Strong interviewing and client management experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Organized, process-driven, and self-motivated
