Job Description:

Remotivate is a global, remote-first recruitment agency helping online businesses find exceptional professional talent. For over five years, we’ve been redefining remote hiring through transparency, efficiency, and top-tier candidate matches. We’re looking for a Recruiter & Interview Specialist with excellent English and communication skills who can confidently interview, evaluate, and present candidates for non-technical roles (Operations, Marketing, Admin, Customer Support, etc.).

Job Responsibility:

Partner with clients to define roles and hiring goals
Conduct structured interviews in English with global candidates
Evaluate candidate fit and prepare detailed reports
Manage client communication throughout the process
Collaborate with our sourcing and operations teams

Requirements:

3+ years in recruitment (focus on non-tech roles)
Strong interviewing and client management experience
Excellent spoken and written English
Organized, process-driven, and self-motivated
