Translation Empire PK is looking for a Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition efforts. As part of our recruitment team, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier technical talent, ensuring alignment with our company’s goals and culture. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, eager to learn, and have an interest in technical recruitment.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle for different roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand team hiring needs, requirements, and company culture
  • Support in conducting initial screenings to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Learn and utilize recruitment platforms such as Workable ATS, LinkedIn, and other professional networks to identify potential candidates
  • Help build and maintain talent pipelines for CS roles
  • Assist in improving recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and technical industry developments to attract top talent

Requirements
