Job Description:

The Recruiter Intermediate is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the HR team. The objective is to support recruitment initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Job Responsibility:

consult with clients to develop appropriate sourcing strategies such as internal direct sourcing, networking, and social recruitment
source applicants, screen resumes, interview and assess candidates, and provide a list of qualified candidates to hiring managers
partner with HR advisors, compensation leads, and hiring managers to prepare reasonable and fair offers
research markets and peer organizations to identify candidates
provide positive candidate experience for internal and external candidates
participate in diversity recruiting events and activities
provide stakeholders with market data and activity information to assess talent pipeline
facilitate feedback conversations with stakeholders and candidates
ensure adherence to hiring policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the recruitment process
assess risks when business decisions are made
drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
apply sound ethical judgment
escalate and manage control issues with transparency

Requirements:

2-5 years of relevant experience
experience in financial services industry preferred
consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
solid experience in mass recruitment of AFORE advisors
management of recruitment strategies and improvement projects
E2E process
rotation analysis
SLA management
problem-solving skills
seniority
