Job Description

This position is for a Recruiter who will manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. The successful candidate will rely on their experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing a variety of tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. This role may also involve leading and directing the work of others.

Job Responsibility

  • Recruit and interview candidates for various positions
  • Check candidate references to ensure quality of hire
  • Extend employment offers to selected candidates
  • Conduct orientation for new employees
  • Perform exit interviews with departing employees
  • Process changes in employee status

Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor's degree may be required
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in recruitment or a related field is required
  • Skills: Familiarity with a variety of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary
