This organization is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full life-cycle recruiting process. The successful candidate will recruit, interview, check references, extend offers, and conduct orientation for new employees. This role requires the use of experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals within a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility
Recruit and interview potential candidates for various roles
Conduct reference checks for prospective employees
Formulate and extend employment offers
Lead orientation sessions for new hires
Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status
Handle a variety of recruitment-related tasks and responsibilities
May lead and direct the work of other recruiting staff
Requirements
Education: A bachelor's degree in a related area may be required
Experience: Requires 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field
Skills: Familiarity with a variety of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary
