Recruit and interview potential candidates
Conduct reference checks on prospective employees
Formulate and extend employment offers

Process changes in employee status
May lead and direct the work of other team members.
Requirements
Education: A bachelor's degree may be required
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field is required
Technical Skills: Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
