In this role, you will drive high-volume recruiting efforts and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple business functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers while managing a high requisition load and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Job Responsibility
Source, engage, and qualify candidates across various roles
Manage approximately 25 active requisitions at a time
Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and priorities
Maintain consistent talent pipelines for critical roles
Provide timely updates and ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements
3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred
Proven ability to meet or exceed recruiting KPIs
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Boolean search techniques
Experience sourcing across multiple platforms
Passive candidate outreach strategies
Track record of achieving recruiting metrics (target of 5 offers/month, 45-day time-to-fill)
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-volume environment
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
