We are looking for a Recruiter I (Tier II) to support full-cycle talent attraction efforts for a Long-term Contract position based in Auburn, Maine. In this role, you will help build strong candidate pipelines, coordinate job postings, and guide applicants through a detail-oriented and responsive hiring experience. Job Responsibility
Create and carry out sourcing plans that expand candidate pipelines for open positions across assigned hiring needs
Manage the posting of vacancies through appropriate internal and external channels to attract applicants with relevant experience in a timely manner
Engage with candidates, hiring teams, and recruiting partners through clear and detail-oriented communication that reflects a positive employer brand
Conduct candidate screening activities, support interview coordination, and help evaluate applicants in alignment with established hiring practices
Provide guidance and training to team members involved in screening, testing, and interviewing to promote consistency in the recruitment process
Keep applicants informed on hiring progress and next steps to ensure a timely and detail-oriented candidate experience
Respond to questions from employees, field recruiting contacts, and external applicants regarding staffing activity and career opportunities
Maintain recruiting activity in accordance with company policy, compliance expectations, and documented selection procedures
Requirements
Experience supporting recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition activities in a detail-focused environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with applicants, internal teams, and external partners
Knowledge of sourcing methods, candidate outreach strategies, and job advertisement practices
Ability to screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with hiring decisions using defined processes
Familiarity with compliance standards, company policy, and consistent documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and status updates at the same time
Comfort serving as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring teams, and other stakeholders involved in placement activities
