Job Responsibility

  • Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level
  • Conduct market research and mapping to identify top talent that aligns with Airbnb's current and future needs
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to build relationships with potential candidates
  • Build pipeline for multiple requisitions across foundation teams and geographies, considering the importance of diversity and inclusion at top of the funnel
  • Build and nurture talent communities for future requisitions across foundation teams and geographies, ensuring a focus on diversity and inclusion
  • Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making
  • Maintain data integrity, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting efficiency and influence hiring decisions
  • Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with the broader recruiting team and cross-functional internal teams such as Talent, Diversity & Belonging, Compensation, and Legal
  • Champion an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely and impactful communication throughout the hiring journey
  • Communicate effectively with business partners and hiring managers, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes

  • 5+ years of full cycle (360) recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of building trust and credibility with leaders
  • Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders
  • Keen ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices based on historical insight and market trends
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional judgment
