We are looking for a strategic business recruiting partner to help scale Luma’s core business, finance, and people functions. This is not a rigid role. We are hiring for capability, judgment, and impact. In this role, you will take deep ownership of high-trust, business-critical searches across Finance, Business Operations, Legal, HR, and People. You will partner directly with executive leadership and functional heads to build the teams that enable Luma to scale responsibly and effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Take full end-to-end ownership of business, finance, legal, and people searches
Integrate LLMs and AI tools into your daily recruiting workflow to increase efficiency and signal
Recruit senior ICs and leaders across strategic finance, rev ops, biz ops, legal, HR, and people functions
Work closely with the CEO, COO, Head of People, and senior functional leaders to define success profiles, calibrate talent bars, and drive hiring decisions
Navigate evolving priorities with confidence
Help design and continuously improve Luma’s business recruiting infrastructure
Requirements:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on finance, business operations, legal, HR, or people roles
Thrive in ambiguity and do not need a playbook to be effective
Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
Confident advising senior leaders and comfortable influencing hiring decisions through data, judgment, and market insight
Energized by zero-to-one work and enjoy building teams and processes
Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Nice to have:
Experience scaling G&A functions at a hyper-growth startup (Series B-D)
Deep network within Strategic Finance, Legal, or People Operations
Proficiency with modern recruiting stacks (Gem, Metaview, etc.)
