Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and drive brand growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Source, attract, and engage top-tier talent through various channels
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong fit for client roles
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build desk by generating leads and expanding the client base
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database, prepare reports, and handle general administrative tasks related to recruitment

Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience in a target driven sales or recruitment role desired
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of successful placements and client management desired
  • Experience working in a recruitment agency environment a distinct advantage
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating

  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to Executive Talent Acquisition, managing sensitive, time-critical activities including complex interview scheduling, offer creation, hire processing, and onboarding coordination
  • Deliver timely, accurate resolution of complex Talent Acquisition and HR inquiries across the employee lifecycle, including executive recruiting, compensation coordination, and internal mobility, in line with SLAs
  • Independently manage non-standard, high-risk issues with sound judgment and discretion
  • escalate when appropriate with clear documentation and full ownership through resolution
  • Provide a "white glove" candidate and stakeholder experience, ensuring professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail at every touchpoint
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, COEs, HRIS, Legal, and regional teams to drive aligned, end-to-end execution in a global operating model
  • Ensure audit readiness and compliance through disciplined transaction processing, approval workflows, and documentation standards
  • Handle highly confidential executive, compensation, and candidate data with integrity and strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
