Job Responsibility:
Provide advice on exercising with fitness equipment
clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
promote rules for safety and welfare
oversee recreational activities
assist individuals with disabilities
report incidents to management
maintain a professional appearance and environment
interact with guests using clear and professional communication
comply with policy expectations
manage physical tasks as required by role
assist in training of hourly employees.
Requirements:
Provide advice to individuals on the correct method of exercising with fitness equipment
clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
wipe down fitness center machines and remove towels, trash, and debris
maintain an adequate supply of cups and water in recreation area
distribute lockers and towels to guests
provide information on available recreation facilities and activities
promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere
oversee activities in the recreational facility
provide assistance to guests until emergency medical services arrive
explain and promote safety rules of the facility
ensure hourly employees are trained on company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
complete safety training and certifications
follow company policies and maintain a clean and professional appearance
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
anticipate and address guest service needs
assist individuals with disabilities
