Job Description

Associa is hiring a part time Recreation Attendant for its community in Haymarket. Flexibility to working2-3 shifts a week, to include evenings and rotated weekends, is required.

Job Responsibility

  • First point of contact in the Club House
  • Meet and greet homeowners, guests, visitors, and contractors
  • Research and respond to inquired
  • Answer and direct calls
  • Data entry, fax, and file documents
  • Respond to questions related to the Clubhouse and community events
  • Monitor activities in and outside the Clubhouse
  • Walk and inspect the Clubhouse for cleanliness
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Report findings to the GM
  • Other duties as requested

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • 1+ years of customer service or recreation assistant experience
  • Professional communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Customer service driven and team oriented
  • Attached to detail and strong follow up skills
