Associa is hiring a part time Recreation Attendant for its community in Haymarket. Flexibility to working2-3 shifts a week, to include evenings and rotated weekends, is required.
Job Responsibility:
First point of contact in the Club House
Meet and greet homeowners, guests, visitors, and contractors
Research and respond to inquired
Answer and direct calls
Data entry, fax, and file documents
Respond to questions related to the Clubhouse and community events
Monitor activities in and outside the Clubhouse
Walk and inspect the Clubhouse for cleanliness
Perform opening and closing procedures
Report findings to the GM
Other duties as requested
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
1+ years of customer service or recreation assistant experience
Professional communication skills (written and spoken)
