Job Responsibility:
Organise and implements recreational activities for children of various ages
Maintain subordinates records on attendance system and overall supervise the team
Provide insightful information about recreational activities offered at the Resort
Participate in a variety of sports and recreational activities
Retain accurate records: teenagers in attendance, teenager’s birthdays etc
Is highly sensitive to guests preferences and special requests, offers meaningful alternatives when special requests cannot be met
adds a special touch when an opportunity is presented
Is proficient in safe handling of equipment
reports defects and accidents to management immediately
Conducts routine maintenance and ensure cleanliness
Is directly responsible for the day to day key processes in his/her area of work
Where applicable, acts as shift leader
leads and motivates colleagues by example and promotes teamwork
Assumes training responsibilities when required
demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness

Requirements:
Higher school certificate and technical education in Hospitality
2 to 3 years of working experience in a similar position in a 5-star Hotel/ Resort
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Be CPR Certified & Lifeguard Certified
Proven supervisory skills
Possess organisational Ability
Fluent in English and French
Knowledge of a relevant foreign language would be an advantage
Possesses well developed guest relations skills
Computer literate
