Job Responsibility

Overseeing the execution of organized group activities, leisure events, and racquet sports to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Ensure outdoor storage areas and towel huts are kept clean and well-maintained, working closely with the Assistant Manager to support the overall upkeep of the facilities
Supervising the day-to-day operations for the pool in absence of the Recreation Assistant Manager
Assist the Assistant Manager in ensuring all staff adhere to
all Four Seasons standards, inventory, scheduling and meal breaks
Respond to all guest interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction
Perform other duties as assigned related to racquet sports, recreation, and Kids for All Seasons operations

Requirements

Experience working outdoors in a resort or hospitality setting
Prior experience in recreation operations
Comfortable working outside for 8-10 hours
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States
