Job Description:

The town of Falmouth is seeking a creative, community-driven professional to serve as our next Recreation Program Administrator for Enrichment and Special Events. This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver engaging programs that strengthen community connections, produce memorable events, and enhance the quality of life for Falmouth residents of all generations, cultures, abilities, identities, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This is a hands-on role that blends creativity, logistics, event planning, collaboration, and community engagement.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in recreation management, leisure studies, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in developing and implementing recreational programs
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
