Job Description:

Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property at The St. Regis Aruba Resort. Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, which may include pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities center.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities
  • Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities
  • Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities
  • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere
  • Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facilities
  • Observe activity and respond appropriately in emergencies
  • Provide cashier services for point of sales transactions
  • Assist when hosting private functions
  • Be aware of unsafe situations and inform supervisor
  • Provide assistance to injured guests
  • Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment and supplies
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
  • Complete safety training
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Ensure uniform and appearance is professional
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Protect company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests
  • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Thank guests with appreciation
  • Speak clearly and professionally
  • Answer telephones appropriately
  • Develop positive working relationships
  • Support team goals
  • Process payments for rentals and sales
  • Comply with quality standards
  • Read and verify information
