Job Description

The town of Lunenburg seeks qualified applicants for the Recreation Director position. This position is responsible for administrative and supervisory work to establish, sustain and maintain recreational programs, and activities; and to promote and enhance recreational opportunities throughout the community. Responsible for seasonal town beach and staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma
  • bachelor’s degree in recreation administration or related field preferred
  • Three years of increasingly responsible professional experience in providing recreation services and supervision of personnel preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have valid driver’s license
