Job Description:

Coordinate recreational activities at The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife Abama resort, ensuring memorable experiences for guests of all ages while upholding luxury service standards

Job Responsibility:

Design, plan, and coordinate recreational activities for adults, families, and children, aligned with The Ritz-Carlton luxury standards
Oversee the Ritz Kids program, ensuring safe, educational, and entertaining experiences
Collaborate with other departments (Spa, Fitness, Food & Beverage) to integrate activities into the overall guest experience
Manage event calendars, materials, and spaces for activities
Assist guests with activity inquiries and provide personalized recommendations
Promote participation in activities and exclusive resort experiences
Ensure compliance with safety and wellness protocols in all activities
Collect feedback and propose improvements to elevate the recreational experience

Requirements:

Previous experience in coordinating recreational activities, tourist animation, or event management (preferably in luxury hotels)
Creativity and ability to design unique experiences
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Fluency in English and Spanish
Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing environments
Valid work permit in Spain
