Coordinate recreational activities at The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife Abama resort, ensuring memorable experiences for guests of all ages while upholding luxury service standards

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, plan, and coordinate recreational activities for adults, families, and children, aligned with The Ritz-Carlton luxury standards
  • Oversee the Ritz Kids program, ensuring safe, educational, and entertaining experiences
  • Collaborate with other departments (Spa, Fitness, Food & Beverage) to integrate activities into the overall guest experience
  • Manage event calendars, materials, and spaces for activities
  • Assist guests with activity inquiries and provide personalized recommendations
  • Promote participation in activities and exclusive resort experiences
  • Ensure compliance with safety and wellness protocols in all activities
  • Collect feedback and propose improvements to elevate the recreational experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in coordinating recreational activities, tourist animation, or event management (preferably in luxury hotels)
  • Creativity and ability to design unique experiences
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing environments
  • Valid work permit in Spain
